ABOUT US Customer service is the backbone of Watco Pools. We strive everyday to not only maintain our high expectations of customer service to our clients, but to surpass them. We know that is what sets companies apart. Price of products is important in these times but we also know that relationships are just as important. You may be able to find a better deal out there (through big internet companies) but if you don’t have the support of the company and manufacturer you purchase from, what do you really have in the long run? Time is money and if you or your employees don’t have a relationship with your vendors for warranty issues, replacement parts or being able to reach the right person when you need them, it ends up costing you more money down the road than that initial purchase price. Pricing is important to us. Watco Pools makes sure
our vendors give us the best pricing possible. We make sure they stand
behind these products and support us so that we may support you, our
customer. We always try to purchase through local vendors that
have the same dedication and business philosophy that we do. We
support the local economy because that is who supports us. 95% of our
vendor/distributors are from Watco Pools is dedicated to providing superior customer service in all aspects of what we do. Every full time employee of Watco Pools is CPO certified from our service tech’s to our office staff. We regularly attend training conferences out-of-state to make sure we know what is going on in the industry and have the most up-to-date information for our customers. We are dedicated to our industry and want to promote it professionally. Watco Pools stands alone with other competitors in our region with this philosophy. |
